These are not spring rolls. These are Salad Rolls. Don't get the two mized up because they are way different. To make matters more confusing they can also be called a "summer roll" or "vietnamese spring roll". Typically, Salad rolls can be made in several different ways. They can be made with Pork, Crab, Schrimp, lettuce, carrots, cucumber, etc. They are essentially vermecelli or rice noodles wrapped up with rice paper. The best part is dipping them in peanut sauce!!!
